The Museum of the Gulf Coast hosts three galleries featuring highly accomplished individuals with ties to the Gulf Coast region - specifically Southeast Texas, and Southwest Louisiana. Inductees are recognized for accomplishments that have achieved both nationwide, and worldwide accolades. 

The Music Hall of Fame highlights over 85 legends representing a wide variety of musical genres.

The Sports Legends Gallery celebrates more than 90 athletes representing almost every U.S. sport.

The Notable People Gallery recognizes over 45 individuals who have achieved recognition in various professional endeavors such as entertainment, politics, science, literature and education.

     

The Port Arthur Historical Society Board of Directors governs the induction of notable personalities.
