Bobby Kimball
Born: March 29, 1947 - Vinton, Louisiana

Vocalist and keyboard player Robert Troy Kimball was born in Vinton, Louisiana and graduated from Vinton High School where he played football and ran track. Later Kimball attended McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He sang with the Levee Band and other groups before forming the band Toto. The band recorded several billboard hits including "Roseanna" and "Africa." Other recordings include "Toto" (gold and platinum record), "Hydra" (gold record), and "Toto IV" (gold record).
