Jerry "Count Jackson" Lacroix
Born: October 10, 1943 - Alexandria, Louisiana

Singer and saxophonist. Moved to Port Arthur at early age and attended Port Arthur and Port Neches schools. Graduated from Port Neches-Groves High School (1961). Attended Lamar University. Sang and played saxophone for such groups as Blood, Sweat and Tears, White Trash, Rare Earth, and the Boogie Kings. Toured U.S. extensively and performed in Europe, Australia, and Philippines. Earned a gold record for Roadwork while performing with White Trash. Has credit for recording on a number of albums.
