Museum of the Gulf Coast Research and Reproduction Fee Schedule

Reproduction Fees:

Research: $10/hour ($10 minimum)
Photocopies: $.15 each
Scanning Photographs and printing on photo paper: $10/photograph
Creating a cd of scanned photographs:$25 + $5/photo scanned

Non-Commercial Use Fees:

Use of photograph from Museum website, one-time: $10
Use of photograph from Museum website, one year: $40
Images displayed on the Web may only be used if displayed at 72 dots per inch to deter downloading and must include the credit line as listed in the Terms of Agreement form and a disclaimer that the image may not be reproduced without the consent of the Museum of the Gulf Coast.

Commercial Use Fees:

Use of image in a book: $75 (cost for additional or cover images per Curator)
Use of image in a magazine or journal (non-scholarly): $75 (cost for additional images per Curator)
Use of photograph from Museum website, one-time: $50
Use of photograph from Museum website, one year: $100

Rush orders (items needed in 5 days or less):

Regular fee + 100%
All rush orders must be approved in advance by the Curator/Archivist.

Pre-payment by cash or check to the Museum of the Gulf Coast is required. Payment must be accompanied by a completed Request for Reproduction Form and a signed Research/Reproduction Terms of Agreement for Reproduction. The Museum must be credited as the source of photographs and documents as listed on the Terms of Agreement. Fees are subject to change.
