Explore It! Hands on Summer Programs
Join us for Explore It!, a fun interactive summer program for 3-10 year olds. Sessions offered combine exhibit tours with storybook reading, and hands-on activities to tell the stories of the Gulf Coast. 

Public sessions run Tuesdays in July at 10 a.m. Advance registration is required (simply call 984-6453 with your name and total number of attendees) and children must be accompanied by an adult. Port Arthur Historical Society members are FREE, and all others must pay $1 per child to be collected at the beginning of each session.

July 30 - Under the Sea: Inspired by the Museum's Shell Collection





ATTENTION DAYCARES and PRE-SCHOOLS - Daycares and Pre-Schools may schedule their own private Explore It! sessions at the Museum. The cost is $35 per 30 children. Please contact the Education Coordinator at 409-984-6453 for scheduling details. You can download a registration form by clicking here.
